The Shuttleberg is a wonderfully varied ski resort for an active family holiday and is an Eldorado for freestyle snowboarders and freeskiers.
You can find a wide range of slopes and ski runs here, which are popular with sporty skiers, carvers and snowboarders. The Shuttleberg is synonymous with a sporting adventure on the mountain, a wide variety of slopes, a special outdoor experience, and with sport and fun in pristine nature.
On the Shuttleberg, you can also get about mainly on fast and sporty chair lifts: simply sit down and up you go. The tedious buckling and unbuckling of skis and snowboards is thankfully a thing of the past. The weather covers on the ski lifts protect you against the wind and snow. The Lumberjack Shuttle is the longest lift in the ski resort to date. A special experience is taking a ride with the Panorama-Link. With this 10-person gondola with ventilation you can get to the SnowSpace Wagrain-Flachau-St. Johann area quickly and comforably. A total of 210 kilometers of slopes are available to you now.
The Shuttleberg is part of the Ski amadé network, where you can let off steam on 860 kilometers of slopes with just 1 ski ticket. Freestylers, snowboarders and freeriders truly get their money’s worth in the Absolut Park. With a length of 1.5 km, it is one of Europe’s largest terrain parks. For those who do not yet have the required freestyle skills, the Absolut School offers courses and camps specifically for this.
Ski- & snowboard schools
The local ski schools help you work on your technique and make sure that you have fun learning how to ski or snowboard. Here you will be accompanied every day in small groups by experienced and patient ski instructors who keep a watchful eye on you.
Highly trained ski instructors make learning to ski lots of fun for your children, too. Those who are too small to ski are in the best of hands in Club Pingo in the ski school Kleinarl or at the childcare centre of the ski school Florian.
